- What are the payment arrangements?
We collect 50% up front to begin design, and 50% before we upload the site to your FTP server and you go live.
- What type of payments do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and Paypal.
- Will I be able to see the progress of my site while it is being designed?
Yes, upon receipt of your initial (non-refundable) 50% deposit, we register you on our feedback site where the designer will share his/her progresss, and you can share your feedback and comments.
- So I get to communicate directly with the designer?
Of course! What did you think, Link the dog was going to relay messages back and forth? He has enough to do as it is!
- How long does the design process take?
It is all dependent on how fast you are able to provide us with content. A web site can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months, but we are very prompt and reliable!
- I see a * next to "free updates", what is that for?
Free updates include minor changes such as text and graphics. We pay our hard working designers by the hour, and they won't have time or money for free major changes such as database additions and site redesign.
- What do I do when I need an update or change done to my site?
Simple, just log into the feedback forum, post the change(s) you would like posted, and the designer will be automatically informed of the request and perform the update(s) in a reasonable time frame (usually 1-3 business days)
